Jungroo AI built an API-first commerce engine for a leading EdTech platform. It handles bundles, trials and tiered pricing, reconciles payments across several methods, grants access the moment a payment clears, and reports on sales, all through secure OAuth2 APIs.

The challenge

The company sold digital courses across several apps and needed one purchase flow for subscriptions, trials and tiered pricing, with access rights updated in real time. Reconciling payments made by UPI, bank transfer and instalments was manual, and nothing kept access in step with payments.

The solution

Jungroo AI built an API-first commerce engine with five parts:

• Flexible Bundles: Products defined as collections of videos, PDFs and activities, so new courses can be put together quickly.
• Secure APIs: OAuth2-secured REST APIs for orders, packages and access status, used by apps and internal dashboards.
• Automated Reconciliation: Partial payments, coupons, and online and offline payments reconciled automatically.
• Instant Access: Access is granted across all apps as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Sales Reporting: Dashboards for sales, conversion and payment integrity.
