Agentic Implementation Assistant: Guided Setup for Enterprise Software
Client A US start-up in AI-led software implementation
For a US start-up that offers AI-led implementation consulting for business software, Jungroo AI built a chat-based agent that guides teams through setting up product catalogs and pricing in a major CRM platform, then produces the configuration guide and requirements traceability documents. The first version went from signed contract to production in about six weeks.
The challenge
Implementing business software such as CRM and billing platforms usually takes weeks of consultant time: gathering requirements, configuring product catalogs and pricing rules, and documenting every decision. The client wanted an AI agent to carry much of that work, grounded in each customer's own material, and ready for a fixed sales deadline. The first release focused on two modules: product catalog management and pricing.
The solution
Jungroo AI designed and delivered the agent and the platform around it:
- Guided Configuration Agent: A chat-based agent that walks users through product catalog management and pricing setup, step by step.
- Document Generation: Produces a configuration guide and a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) from each working session.
- Customer Knowledge Bases: Each customer uploads its own PDFs and screenshots as a knowledge base, kept separate from every other customer.
- Multi-Tenant Platform: Secure login, customer onboarding by emailed invitation, an admin console, and chat history that persists across sessions.
- Controlled Outputs: Generated documents need approval before they can be downloaded.
- Cloud Delivery: Deployed on AWS, with the full source code handed over to the client's own repository.
